Approximately 5/8 inch diameter.  This is a rather small pinback.
OK to poor condition – not perfect  This pre-owned item has surface wear seen when inspected closely.  The background color on the front seems faded or yellowed.  The back has corrosion.
I do not know much else about the age or history of this item.
